Go Blind!
*Genesis 12:4-5
So Abram departed as the Lord had spoken to him, and Lot went with him. And Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran. 5 Then Abram took Sarai his wife and Lot his brother’s son, and all their possessions that they had gathered, and the [a]people whom they had acquired in Haran, and they departed to go to the land of Canaan. So they came to the land of Canaan. *
God Spoke the Promises of Himself and His Hand to Abram! He SAID and Abram Heard and Adhered to the Voice of God! He believed in these Moments of God’s Voice and FAITH showed up and was seen!
Abram gathered his wife, his nephew, and his relatives who believed in the orchestrated leadership of Abram. Abram didn’t consider his age, the elements of travel, or the money in his bank. Abram did not consider what his wife’s feelings were or what the others left behind would think, he left! He departed only knowing where he was leaving from.
On The Word that God Spoke, Abram left Blind!
Abram uprooted the only way he knew to live, he put fear under his feet and anticipated the Voice of God over the aspects of His life. We can only imagine Abram's explanation to others. The only explanation he had was God Said it!
Can you imagine the thoughts of Abraham…..But I haven’t seen it, there is no proof, and I don’t even have an example of this ever happening before! I am leaving and I don’t know where I am going, I only know that God said “GO”.
He DEPARTED as the Lord has SPOKEN! God said, “Get out of the country, from your family AND your father’s house to a land that I will show you”. Abraham departed blind! Departed navigated by The Voice of God to where his next moments of life were waiting on him. Now talk about a lack of details.
Abram Trusted in the Voice of God to direct him around hindrances, and dangers, to lead to provision and safety, and to guide him to every supplied need. The Voice of God not only creates and calls, but His Voice keeps us!
It was this very act of responding to the Voice of God that Abram's name was changed to Abraham and his anointed legacy in the earth of a great name, is the Father of Faith! He blessed the families of this world to have an example of leaving what you know and resting in the hands of GOD with your eyes closed!
Blind and Believing God to lead, carry and deliver you to the destination that changes your life at the Hearing of His Voice. The Voice of God is every Word that proceeds out of His mouth. Elohim, The Lord God has assured our opportunities to hear HIM across time through His Holy Scriptures. The hearing of His Son, Jesus Christ as The Word made flesh that is among us as a Light to bring sight to the blind! ( John 1, Luke4)
Go Blind in the Voice of God! It takes a sacrifice of “what is known by you”! God is faithful to illuminate the next step, but you must trust Him when you can’t see. This is the path of the Righteous in Jesus for we LIVE by faith, the Voice of God, and the willingness in our heart to GO Blind!
Blindness in Jesus Christ is the only road for the Born Again in Jesus Christ, We are blind but in Jesus, We see by His light and not our 5 senses. He is ever present with us as the conqueror of this journey called life!
GO Blind!
2 Corinthians 5:7-8
For we walk by faith, not by sight. 8 We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.
2 Corinthians 4:18
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
